摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of copper sulfate is provided to obtain high purity copper sulfate by adding specific ratio of phosphoric acid.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of copper sulfate comprises the following steps: preparing copper carbonate; dissolving copper carbonate, phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid in a first aqueous solution; obtaining unclean copper carbonate from filtrate after filtering the solution; and dissolving the unclean copper carbonate in a second aqueous solution and obtaining the copper carbonate crystallization from the solution. The first aqueous solution contains 10-25 wt% of copper carbonate, and the second aqueous solution contains 15-20 wt% of the copper carbonate. The first step comprises the following steps: mixing copper chloride with calcium carbonate at the pH of 3.5-4.5; and adding 1.1-1.5 times of the phosphoric acid based on the equivalence of iron ions included in the first aqueous solution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
