PURPOSE: A device and a method for actively controlling the synchronization of a microgrid are provided to control the voltage and frequency of a microgrid by providing control signals to dispersed power supplies that are controllable based on information necessary for the synchronization of a power system and the microgrid. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent distribution device(200) comprises first and second signal detection modules, a comparison module(203), a control command input module(205), and a control command output module(206). In the intelligent distribution device, voltage sensors(201a,201b) are installed close to a microgrid and a power system, respectively, to measure the voltage of both sides. The first and second signal detection modules calculate the amplitude, frequency, and phase angle of the voltage based on a three-phase voltage signal measured by the voltage sensors.
