PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of thermoconductive polymer filler is provided to prevent re-coherence of graphene which was dispersed in a polymerization step by using a water-soluble block copolymer, and to maintain the dispersed state. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of thermoconductive polymer filler comprises: a step of mixing graphene, a water-soluble block copolymer, an emulsifier and water, and obtaining aqueous solution of graphene by high rate-dispersing the mixture by a homogenizer; a step of microcapsulation by emulsification polymerizing the aqueous solution and one or more monomers comprising an addition-polymerizable ethylene group to make the graphene be surrounded with a thermoplastic resin layer; and a step of forming a flock by binding the microcapsules.
