PURPOSE: A pulse radiation detecting device in which a sensor having the same sensitivity to all directions is embedded is provided to detect exact pulse radiation by using a bulk diode sensor and to prevent damage to electronic device by the pulse radiation. CONSTITUTION: A pulse radiation detecting device(10) in which a sensor having the same sensitivity to all directions is embedded is comprises a detecting sensor(20), an amplifier(30), a timer part(40), and a latch circuit part(50). The detecting sensor detects pulse radiation. The amplifier sets a signal detecting reference for classifying into detection signals detected by the detecting sensor and external noise signals and amplifies the signals over the signal detecting reference. The timer part generates a reset output for performing a temporary cut-off and initialization of power of an important electronic circuit device connected to outside. The latch circuit part simultaneously generates detection flag signals to confirm whether pulse radiation signal is detected or not. The detecting sensor uses a bulk diode sensor having the regular hexahedron structure in which directional dependence is not existed.
