PURPOSE: A microorganism analysis apparatus and an analysis method using the same are provided to detect a small amount of microorganism in fluid. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism analysis apparatus(200) comprises: one or more sample injection hole for injecting samples; one or more prep chambers for storing the injected samples; one or more medium chamber for providing nutrient for the microorganisms; a trash chamber for collecting waste and remaining samples; a plurality of channels which connect the prep chamber and medium chamber and medium chamber and trash chamber; and an apparatus body(100) which has one or more valve.
