PRODUCTION APPARATUS OF RENEWABLE ENERGY USING SYNTHESIS GAS OF CARBONIZATION SYSTEM FOR RICE HUSKS

PURPOSE: A renewable energy production apparatus using synthetic gas by-products of a rice hull carbonization system is provided to generate electricity from synthetic gas while preventing deterioration and a failure of an engine caused by foreign materials included in the synthetic gas. CONSTITUTION: A renewable energy production apparatus using synthetic gas by-products of a rice hull carbonization system comprises a carbonization furnace(10), a condenser(30), a lead-free furnace(80), and an adsorption tower(60). The adsorption tower is selectively provided with synthetic gas discharged from the carbonization furnace or the condenser and refines the synthetic gas by removing foreign materials so that the refined synthetic gas can be supplied as fuel for an engine(75) to produce electricity. The adsorption tower is formed of a single or a series of at least one of a rice hull adsorption tower, a carbide adsorption tower, and a sand adsorption tower.
