PURPOSE: A producing method of renewable energy using synthetic gas by-products of a rice hull carbonization system is provided to generate electricity by using synthetic gas generated from carbonating rice hulls. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of renewable energy using synthetic gas by-products of a rice hull carbonization system comprises the following steps: inserting rice hulls into a carbonizing furnace with limited amount of air for thermally decomposing the rice hulls(S100); inflowing synthetic gas discharged from the carbonizing furnace into a cyclone dust collector for removing dust, and selectively supplying the synthetic gas into a smokeless furnace or a condenser(S200); extracting pyroligneous liquor by condensing the synthetic gas(S300); inserting the condensed synthetic gas into a wet-scrubber tower for condensing and removing tar(S400); supplying the synthetic gas without the tar into an electrostatic dust collector for removing micro-dust(S500); and supplying the synthetic gas to the engine of a power generator as fuel for generating electricity(S700).
