A reactor coolant pump seal handling device of a Korean standard nuclear power plant is provided. The pump seal handling device includes a seal coupling portion fixed to the pump seal, a support coupling portion coupled to a support positioned at the periphery of the pump seal, and a component coupled to the seal coupling portion and the support coupling portion and provided inside the pump seal. It includes a component handling part used for lifting and seating. As a result, the lifting and seating of the parts provided in the pump seal can be performed by a device having a relatively simple structure.
