The present invention relates to a lower fixed tree branch strap binding cap of the support rod to be pulled to fix some of the tree branches downward or upward. That is, a support rod coupling portion 10 including a support rod insertion groove 11 that can be easily inserted into a support rod 100 having a constant diameter is formed at the center thereof, and an outer edge of the intermediate point of the support rod coupling portion 10 is provided. The outer skeleton frame 21 of constant thickness is formed on the circumference, and a thin plate portion 22 is formed between the outer skeleton frame 21 and the support rod coupling portion 10, and on the plate portion 22. A plurality of string binding grooves 23 are drilled at regular equal intervals, and the flat plate portion 22 between the string binding grooves 23 is formed with a plurality of reinforcing forces 24 for strength reinforcement. In the tree branch support strap binding cap, the tapered inclined portion 30 is formed symmetrically on the upper side and the lower side of the support rod insertion groove 11 penetrated inside the support rod coupling portion 10, respectively. Due to the inclined portion 30, the upper and lower sides of the support rod 100 when inserted None of the tapered space devoted to each one there is a symmetric fixed by fitting the rubber ring 40 of the constant diameter.
