1. A power supply system for ensuring the operation of at least one air conditioning system (26) of an aircraft, comprising at least one air supply network and at least one electrical network, wherein said air supply network is connected to the air conditioning system (26) and to at least one bleed air connection (18, 20) for supplying bleed air to the air conditioning system (26), the air conditioning system (26) comprises an electrically controlled cooling device, and said electrical network is connected to the air conditioning system (26) and to at least one source of electrical energy for supplying electrical energy to the air conditioning system (26), wherein the pressure of the bleed air supplied through at least one bleed air connecting pipe (18, 20) is sufficient only to create excess pressure in the cabin aircraft, and the energy required for cooling comes from the specified source of electrical energy. ! 2. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that it does not contain a pre-cooler, which is operated by bleed air. ! 3. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises at least one ram air channel (32), through which the ram air flow passes during the flight of the aircraft, said channel being equipped with a heat exchanger (30) configured connections to the air supply network. ! 4. The system according to claim 3, characterized in that an additional
