FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: pipeline is laid on piles buried into bottom rock and having arc-shaped heads and above it, and rock-fill layer consisting of coarse pebble, rock, crushed stone and large pieces of hard rocks is provided in zone adjacent to upstream pipeline perpendicular to water course at the beginning and on the end located at some distance from upstream pipeline. Layer is filled considering, if necessary, the creation of a groove under it so that river transport can move above it. Probability of formation of ice blocks during ice drift is excluded or reduced in case of unnavigable rivers.;EFFECT: maintenance of stable spatial position of pipeline and distribution of mechanical stresses in it; protection of pipeline against direct action of water stream, and hence, improvement of reliability of underwater pipe reducer through water course.;1 dwg
