FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and is intended for prediction of retardation of intrauterine fetus development in pregnancy after assisted reproductive technology. Ultrasonic examination is carried out at 8-week term of pregnancy. Chorion parameters are measured. Chorion volume is determined by formula: V=π/6·ABC(cm3), where A is the maximal length, B is the maximal width, C is the maximal thickness of chorion. Prognostic index is calculated by formula: D=2.87V-3,99, where V is chorion volume (cm3), const - 3.99. If obtained D value is higher than 0, conclusion about favourable prediction for fetus is made, if D is lower than 0 - about high probability of retardation of intrauterine fetus development.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to effectively realise prediction of retardation of intrauterine fetus development at 8-week term in pregnancy after assisted reproductive technology.;2 ex
