FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: prismatic film has a non-composite prismatic film having a retroreflecting base which includes a plurality of triangular cube corners of retroreflecting elements, formed integrally with a smooth surface, a first base lying on at least part of the smooth surface on which light falls, a second base lying between the first base and the smooth surface on which light falls, and a metal-coated layer deposited on at least part of the retroreflecting base.
