FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically cardiac morphology of a human foetus. A sapphire microblade is used for layered incision of endocardium and myocardium. The incision is parallel to a projection of atrioventricular band. At magnification of 4.8-32 times, right fibrous ring is incised parallel to a base of a septal flap of tricuspid valve. For connective tissue softening, 3% acetic acid is constantly added into the incision. An atrioventricular trunk is found. The incision is extended backwards, the endocardium is carefully removed. Borders of an atrioventricular node are separated. The incision is extended forward to anatomic bifurcation of the atrioventricular band with separation of right and left pedicles.;EFFECT: method provides higher quality of separation of atrioventricular portions ensured by the use of a sapphire microblade with a handy holder, as well as higher accuracy of lines and straight edges of the incision, and also minimised injury of neighbouring tissues for further morphometry and histological examination.;7 dwg
