FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: coagulation haemostasis is described by the following values: fibrinogen, fibrinolytic activity (FA), soluble fibrin-monomer complexes (SFMC) by orthophenanthroline and FDP-ethanol tests, prothrombin index and activated partial thromboplastin time index, electrocoagulogram (ELCG) values. If the fibrinogen concentration is 9.2 g/l and higher fibrinolytic activity is 37.6 min and more, SFMC is 261 mcg/ml and FDP is 3.6 standard units and more with shorter ELCG values: T-1 to 6.3 min; T-2 - 9.8 min; T - 3.8 min and fibrin clot density A min - 0.13, an unfavourable prognosis which can lead of amputation of the affected extremities is stated.;EFFECT: method enables detecting a hypercoagulation state and avoiding unfavourable clinical outcomes in the patients with a severe cold injury by prescribing an adequate therapy.;2 tbl, 2 ex
