1. Proton-conducting composite electrolyte containing:! an electrolyte with a proton donor group; and! a compound with a Lewis acid group, in which the electron withdrawing atom constituting the Lewis acid group and the electron donor atom constituting the proton donor group are bonded to each other. ! 2. The proton-conducting composite electrolyte according to claim 1, wherein the compound is a polymer with a large number of Lewis acid groups in its side chains. ! 3. The proton-conducting composite electrolyte according to claim 1, wherein the proton donor group is at least one selected from the group consisting of sulfonic acid (-SO3H), phosphonic group (-PO (OH) 2), bis-sulfonimide group, sulfonamide group (-SO2NH2), carboxyl group (-COOH), diphosphonomethane group (= C (PO (OH) 2) 2), and disulfonomethane group (= C (SO3H) 2). ! 4. The proton-conducting composite electrolyte according to claim 1, in which the electron-withdrawing atom constituting the Lewis acid group is boron (B) or aluminum (Al). ! 5. The proton-conducting composite electrolyte according to claim 3, wherein the electrolyte is at least one selected from the group consisting of a fullerene compound with a proton donor group, a polymer in which side chains of a plurality of molecules of a feller compound having proton donor groups, a polymer, wherein a plurality of molecules of a fullerene compound having proton donor groups are connected to each other, and a polymer having a plurality of proton donor groups in its side chains. ! 6.
