1. A process for preparing polyaspartate grafted copolymer comprising: providing a quantity of sodium polyaspartate; ! adding water to sodium polyaspartate; ! sodium poliasparata mixing with water to ensure dissolution of sodium polyaspartate and form a solution; ! adding to said solution of ammonium sulfate-iron (ii) in an amount of from about 0.1 to about 30% by weight of the solution; ! bubbling nitrogen through the solution while stirring; ! adding hydrogen peroxide to the solution in an amount of from about 0.1 to about 50% by weight of the solution; ! adding to the solution of at least one monomer before or after the addition of hydrogen peroxide; ! further conducting the process under a nitrogen blanket with stirring at room temperature; and! possibly, the purification and isolation of the polymer obtained by freeze drying the polymer. ! 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one monomer selected from at least one group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, itaconic acid, meleinovoy acid, maleic anhydride, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, hexyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate, isodecyl acrylate, lauryl acrylate, octadecyl acrylate, gidroksimetilakrilata, hydroxyethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, styrene, vinyl acetate, vinyl propionate, vinyl butyrate, acrylamide, methylacrylamide, metilmetakrilamida, d methylacrylamide, ethylacrylamide, etilmetakrilamida, diethylacrylamide, N-isopropylacrylamide, N-isopropylmethacrylamide, izobutilakrilamida, n-butylacrylamide, diacetone acrylamide, vinyl sulfonic acid, allyl sulfonic acid,
