FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: method involves chrome aluminising in powder mixture, further thermal vacuum treatment by means of hardening so that chrome-aluminised layer is obtained, which consists of β+y - phases; sputtering of ceramic layer of columnar structure, which contains ZrO2-8Y2O3, on the part by means of electron-beam method; application to it of dense ceramic coating layer containing ZrO2-11Y2O3-(20-25)Al2O3-(10-12)81-(5-8)Hf with thickness of 10-15 mcm by means of electron-beam method, and carrying out of diffusion annealing with formation of the coating consisting of [ZrO2-11 Y2O3-(20-25)Al2O3-(10-12)Si-(5-8)Hf]-(ZrO2-8Y2O3)-β+y' - phase.;EFFECT: improving durability and reliability of parts of engines operating under conditions of variable thermomechanical loads and high-temperature oxidation.;6 dwg, 1 ex
