FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: device to remove ice and icicles from cornices of building roofs, structures and around hopper heads is equipped with a pneumatic sleeve that expands under action of injected air and thus acting at hanging icicles. A flexible rubber rope or rigid planks (rods) arranged on the pneumatic sleeve along the length are rigidly fixed to each other and serve as a stiff transfer thrust element of force from the air filled sleeve to icicles. Besides, the pneumatic sleeve for air bleeding is equipped with spring shock absorbers. Thrust angles having holes along the length and serving for passage of thawed water are arranged to prevent spontaneous sliding of ice from the roof.;EFFECT: increased efficiency of fighting icing of roof cornices and downpipes, simple and cheap to make a device and to operate it, its fire safety.;5 dwg
