To ensure reliable operation and reduced dimensions of the device in the retracted position at the ends of each spring-loaded pivot lever is fastened to the support pad pilot leg and the middle portion is made positive stop. In addition, the support is provided with two spring-loaded levers, stops, each of which is pivotally mounted on the frame and associated with a respective spring-loaded pivot arm by abutment limiter disposed with freedom of movement in a guide slot formed in the lever-spring-loaded restrictor.
