Apparatus for converting electromagnetic energy into mechanical pendulum consisting of a rod pivotally secured to the support with the possibility to perform oscillatory movements and having on the end load, the magnets at the top and bottom of the rod. The upper part of the pendulum rod has a cam kinematically connected to the mechanism for converting reciprocating rotary motion into a rotating, at the level of permanent magnet located in the upper part of the rod of the pendulum, the bracket also secured to the support, placed reed switch, and at the level of permanent magnet located in the lower part of the pendulum rod, but higher load on the bracket is exciting coil. The load is a battery, which use the pole wires mounted on the pendulum rod and the bracket are connected to respective poles of the reed switch and the excitation coil, the load in case of need can be provided with additional weighting agents. To configure the required amplitude of oscillation of the pendulum rod, the apparatus is provided with a stroke limiter of the pendulum rod, fixed to the bracket with the possibility of adjustment.
