FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of industrial and household effluents and may be used in fine cleaning of said effluents. Effluents are fed via pipeline 1 into fine mechanical cleaner 2. Effluents flow from sand trap 3 into mixing chamber 4. Mix of effluents, sludge and reagent is pumped over into biofilter irrigation system of device 6. Treated water is forced through biofilter media 12, drained into aeration columns and mixed with active sludge of settling aerotank. Clarified water from settling zone of device 6 flows into mixing chamber 7 of device 8. Mix of effluents, sludge and reagent is pumped over into biofilter irrigation system of device 8. Treated effluents are fed from settling zone of device 8 into mixer 13 whereto coagulant solution is fed. Obtained mix flows into denitrifier with mechanical mixer 19. Effluents in bioreactor 20 comes in contact with artificial bio load 21. From said bioreactor 20 water is fed into final filter 22 with two-layer load.
