Total content of elements from group of elements A makes 20-85 at %, that of elements of group of elements B makes 10-79.7 at %, and that of group of elements C varies from 0.3 at % to 15 at %. Fraction of element a from group of elements A makes 70 at %, that of element b of group of elements B makes 170 at %, and that of element c of group of elements C makes 70 at %, or more, where elements a, b, c are elements with maximum content of elements A, B, C, while enthalpy of fluid formation between two any elements selected from a, b, c is negative. In the case of coat, amorphous phase occupies volume fraction of 5%, or more.
