FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of medicine, namely to the ophthalmology and can be used for treatment of posterior aggressive retinopathy of premature infants in stage of its early appearances when the demarcation bank is absent. Laser coagulation is performed on all the 3rd zone and half of the 2nd zone of ocular fundus using matrix patterns in direction from extreme periphery to vascularized retina within previously marked in 4 quadrants borders of laser coagulations with parameters: power - 100-250 mW, exposure time - 10-20 ms, diameter of one coagulate in matrix pattern - 400 mcm, interval between coagulates - from ¼ of diameter to one diameter of coagulate. EFFECT: method provides for decreased duration of retina laser coagulation session and thus decreased anesthesia time for premature infant; precise determination of retina coagulation borders; high precision of laser application, excludes the formation of merged coagulates; stable regression of posterior aggressive retinopathy of premature infants, absence of clinical signs of disease activity.;4 cl
