FIELD: transport.;SUBSTANCE: proposed system relates to production of hydrocarbons in open sea. Anchor system comprises cylindrical anchor element 1 with its top side intended for contact with installation bottom side, anchor cable ropes for fastening at sea bed, and drives to ensure contact between anchor element 1 and floating installation 2. Said anchor element features density that allows it to be afloat at preset depth below sea level when disconnected from floating installation. Anchor element has well to house propulsor 7 of floating installation 2. Proposed floating installation comprise above described anchor system with drives including fasteners of anchor element to secure it to installation or oil pipelines 5 connected with anchor element 1.
