FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: device has downhole tool, having series-connected charge-controlled unit, storage capacitor, discharge switch and electrohydraulic emitter. A turbo-generator is mounted on the top housing of the trigger compartment of the charge-controlled unit. The stator of the turbo-generator and its power terminals are sealed in the axial bore of the housing of the trigger compartment of the charge-controlled unit. The housing of the charge-controlled unit also has a displaced axial bore. A sensor which detects commands coming from pulsator over a hydraulic channel is sealed in said hole. The pulsator is fitted in the top column pipe and is controlled from a control station. A backflow valve which prevents flow of the hydraulic fluid from the column into the well and which opens backflow is installed over the turbo-generator. The device is mounted at the bottom of the pipe column.;EFFECT: possibility of generating seismic vibrations in sharply inclined and horizontal areas of a well.;1 dwg
