Sowing norm in lines and the norm of scattering between them is determined individually, taking into account soil and climatic conditions. The method is implemented with a device that contains a flat center hoe-opener with a device to scatter the seeds. At each blade of the center hoe the wedge-shaped openers are mounted at the level of back blade edge with the ability to move along its line.
