METHOD FOR ENDOSCOPIC COLONIC DECOMPRESSION IN OBTURATIVE COLONIC OBSTRUCTION

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and is applicable for endoscopic colonic decompression in obturative colonic obstruction. Lines delivered through a biopsy canal of a colonoscope are fixed on a distal end of a probe at 7-10 cm from each other. The first line close to a distal end is pulled up, and the colonoscope is delivered in such position through rectum together with the probe to the tumour obstruction. A tumour canal is found. The first line is relaxed, and a second line is pulled up with the decompression probe pulling out. The decompression probe is brought closer to the tumour canal, and a metal guide is introduced in the canal. The decompression probe is pushed through the guide with relaxing the second line. The metal guide is removed. The lines are relaxed. The colonoscope is removed, and the probe is fixed.;EFFECT: method provides reduced operative injuries, simplified manipulation technique.;5 dwg
