FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to urology. At flat scaphoid fossa of glans penis skin flap of ventral surface of penis shaft is formed. On dorsal surface of mobilised skin of penis shaft and external leaf of preputial, skin flap on vascular pedicle with length corresponding to urethral tube deficit, is formed; proximal part of skin flap of dorsal surface of mobilised skin of penis in its width and length corresponds to width and length of skin flap of ventral surface of penis shaft; when passing from proximal to distal part of flap, from its both sides, cuts at angle not more than 45 degrees are made in lateral directions at angle, equal to angle at which skin flap of ventral surface of penis shaft is formed, until between cuts reached is width, equal to length of urethra of age size; formed is distal site of dorsal skin flap with concave lateral sides, extending in distal direction until it reaches width, equal to circumference of age urethra, and length, equal to diastasis between skin flap of ventral surface of penis shaft and glans penis apex; distal part of dorsal flap of mobilised skin of penis on the side of preputial sac is sewn into tube and anastomosis with glans penis is applied. In case of deep scaphoid fossa and/or undeveloped glans penis at the beginning of operation formed is flap of glans penis, distal part of dorsal flap is sewn into tube by uninterrupted suture, distal part of dorsal flap of mobilised skin of penis from the side of preputial sac is anastomosed with flap of glans penis, similar to proximal; after carrying out granuloplasty de-epidermisation of internal leaf excess is performed.;EFFECT: method prevents formation of urethra strictures.;2 cl, 2 ex, 4 dwg
