The composition for increasing the efficiency of herbicides on the basis of arylsulphonylheterylureas, namely rimsulphurone, tribenuron methyl, triflusulfurone or derivatives of N-phosphonomethyl glycine in the form of isopropylamine and/or potassium salts, contains: (a) an aliphatic alcohol, namely, propanol and/or butanol, and/or pentanol, (b) non-ionic surfactant - ethoxylated alkyl phenols, which contain 8-12 carbon atoms in alkyl part and 7-12 hydroxyethyl groups, and/or ethoxylates of primary/secondary alcohols, containing 10-18 carbon atoms in the alkyl part and 7-15 hydroxyethyl groups, and/or monoethanolamide ethoxylates of fatty acids, (c) water.
