FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish farming and can be used in artificial breeding of spawning in portions of the Azov-Black Sea shemayas Chalcalbumus calcoides schischovi Drensky. Method for production of fish roe from females of the Azov-Black sea shemayas includes autumn storing up of breeders, their exposure in wintering ponds before the onset of spawning temperatures, spring storing up of breeders at a temperature between 3.0-4.0° C to 13.0-14.0° C and maintaining them in the ponds during 1.5-2.0 months, obtaining fish roe in two stages - the first stage at a temperature of water of 18.0-21.0° C and the second at a temperature of 22.0-24.0° C with an interval between receiving the first and second portions of 15 days. The amount of heat build-up for receiving the first batch of roe is not less than 985 degree-days, and for the second portion - not less than 1325 degree-days. Between taking the first and second portions it is at least 340 degree-days. Males are used many times with an interval of 8 days.;EFFECT: method enables to increase the working fertility of females for more than 80% compared with the known one; with an exclusion of the stress in fish which were exposed to pituitary injection; the complexity of the process of fish-breeding is reduced.;1 dwg, 2 tbl, 3 ex
