FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The functional sweetener composition contains a functional ingredient, a composition of rebaudioside A and polyol. The functional ingredient is represented by a food fibre source. Rebaudioside A has purity higher 50% in terms of dry substance weight. Rebaudioside A includes a water-free polymorph of rebaudioside A, a solvate polymorph of rebaudioside A, amorphous rebaudioside A or their combination. The weight ratio of rebaudioside A to polyol is within the range from 1:4 to 1:800.
