METHOD OF PREVENTING BLEEDING FROM PAPILLOSPHINCTEROTOMIC WOUND AFTER MULTI-STAGE ENDOSCOPIC OPERATION IN CASE OF CHOLEDOCHOLITHIASIS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for prevention of bleeding from papillosphincterotomic wound after multi-stage endoscopic operation caused by choledocholithiasis. Catheterisation of ampula of major duodenal papilla, endoscopic retrograde pancreatocholangiography are performed. Papilloshincterotomy, partial extraction of concrements are performed. After that tremporary distal stent with rounded curved perforated ends is installed in such a way that one its end is located in choledoch, the other in duodenum. After 2-4 days stent is extracted and remaining concrements are removed.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of bleeding prevention.;1 ex, 1 dwg
