FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: method involves a step for bringing a starting composition, containing a recombinant vitamin K-dependent protein which is produced in cell culturing conditions, into contact with a solid-phase substance which is capable of binding that vitamin K-dependent protein, and collecting the obtained secondary composition containing that vitamin K-dependent protein.
