FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: charge includes converter sludge, scale, flux, fuel and recycling. Slag mixture together with dolomite with particle size of 0-10 mm is added as flux to the charge so that MgO content in agglomerate is within 6.9-10.5%. Fuel consumption is established based on obtaining FeO content in sinter within 7.0-13.0% at maintaining FeO/MgO ratio in it within 0.7-1.9. Charge is dosed, mixed and sintered. Utilisation of secondary raw material, obtaining of strong agglomerate of the specified composition with the properties required for normal slag formation in converter with minimum action on its lining is provided.;EFFECT: when using such agglomerate, overhaul period of converter lining is increased.;3 tbl
