FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: patient's blood serum is examined for the concentration of cortisol, gastrin, apolipoprotein Al and IL-6. If the cortisol value is in the range of 395.38±61.34 nmole/l, the gastrin value is 45.15±11.55 mcUnit/ml; the apolipoprotein Al value is 1.27±0.13 g/l and the interleukin-6 value is 3.81±0.77 pg/ml the skin pathological process is predicted to be transformed into a clinical version characterised by long persistent clinical course and frequent recurrences or continuously recurrent clinical course.;EFFECT: presice prediction of transformation of eczema with accompanying chronic gastroduodenitis into the more severe clinical version.;1 tbl, 2 ex
