METHOD OF FORMING NECK OF URINARY BLADDER AFTER PROSTATECTOMY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be applied in urology in performing prostatectomy. Neck of urinary bladder is formed. Muscular flap is cut out from anterior wall of urinary bladder. Urethral tube is formed from it on catheter. Distal part is turned out by 1 cm with mucous membrane outward and fixed by separate sutures on perimetre. Formed muscular cuff is submerged into urethra orifice until complete contact of mucous membranes takes place. Vesico-urethral anastomosis is applied.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve healing of vesico-urethral anastomosis, prevent urinary incontinence by creation of construction in form of muscular cuff, recover sphincter function of urinary bladder neck.;9 dwg
