METHOD OF TREATING VAST DEFECTS OF DISTAL PART OF HIP BONE AND KNEE JOINT OF POST-TRAUMATIC ORIGIN

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to endoprosthetics. Skin, soft tissues are dissected under tourniquet on 20-25 cm by longitudinal access on anterior hip surface in lower third and knee joint, to upper third of shin in position of patient on back. Distal part of hip bone diaphysis, fragments and splinters of hip bone are exposed from scar-adhesive tissue. Fragments of bones, constituting knee bone, freely lying fragments and splinters of hip bone and tibia are removed. In case of necessity bone-marrow canals of hip bone and tibia are opened and elaborated with screwdrivers to required size. After fittings hip and tibial legs of oncologic endoprosthesis of required length and diameter are installed together with epimetaphyseal components of endoprosthesis. Components are connected to each other. Volume and freedom of movements in knee joint are checked.;EFFECT: method restores anatomy and function of knee joint.;3 cl, 1 ex, 2 dwg
