FIELD: transport.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Proposed method comprises dismantling bitumen bunker from car frame 1. Then, ready-made face walls are fixed in vertical planes of car frame two end beams 3 to weld two opposed lateral guide intermediate frames 4, 5 there between and regularly along car length. Said frames are rigidly jointed together in pairs. At car ends, extreme intermediate lateral guide frames are rigidly secured to paired face wall extreme struts 6 by means of lengthwise side beams 7 arranged regularly along face wall height. Extreme paired struts of every face wall are secured at outer side surfaces of car frame end beams and car frame lateral lengthwise beams.
