The pipe (10) has an inner pipe (11) arranged in a center pipe (12) that is arranged in an outer pipe (13) such that a cavity is formed between an external wall of the inner pipe and an inner wall of the center pipe and between the external wall of the center pipe and the inner wall of the outer pipe. A thermal insulation layer (15) is arranged in a cavity between the inner pipe and the center pipe such that fluid flow channels (101, 102) are formed in the inner pipe and between the center pipe and the outer pipe. The layer is arranged between the channels and guiding elements (14). The thermal insulation layer covers polyurethane foam pipes or glass fiber pipes that are covered with an aluminum foil.
