The turbine has multiple vertically arranged wing profiles guided along a rotary path and positioned around a common rotational axis with certain distance. The profiles movably adjust angle of incidence around a pivotal axis. A connecting rod adjusts the profiles and held in an operating position by release mechanisms (16-18) i.e. load limiting device. The release mechanisms release the connecting rod from the operating position when allowable wind pressure exceeds on the profiles. The release mechanisms are arranged between an extender wheel and the profiles lying in a region of the axis.
