The apparatus comprises a first cylindrical container (62) fed with air by a first conduit (61) connected with a compressor (60), a second conduit (63) for the introduction of colloidal preparation, a second container containing mercury lamps rotated by a first motor, a metal tube, which is surrounded by a coil crossed by electric current, capable of passing the treated mixture in the second container, an insulating part followed by an inclined tubular container containing mercury lamps of circular shape driven in rotation by a second motor, and a settling tank. The apparatus comprises a first cylindrical container (62) fed with air by a first conduit (61) connected with a compressor (60), a second conduit (63) for the introduction of colloidal preparation, a second container containing mercury lamps rotated by a first motor, a metal tube, which is surrounded by a coil crossed by electric current, capable of passing the treated mixture in the second container, an insulating part followed by an inclined tubular container containing mercury lamps of circular shape driven in rotation by a second motor, and a settling tank in which a floating part, which is synthetic or liquid gasoline regenerated part, is settled by a first evacuation conduit and in which a residual part is harvested by a second exhaust conduit located in a bottom of the tank. The container contains colloidal preparation that comprises used oil or is obtained from draining of engines, graphite and alcohol. The second conduit connects the cylindrical container with a mixer (64) by a nozzle, which is set by a valve. The mixer has an inlet connected by a third conduit with a distributor and a tank having a constant level for the introduction of the salt water in the mixer so as to form a mixture comprising the colloidal preparation and salt water. The mixture flows through the insulating part and the tubular container.
