The system has a real-time sensor (1.4.1.1) for detection of cooking utensils arranged on a heating plate for influencing heating. A heat dissipation device exhibits thermal capacity of a ceramic thin layer and quick refrigeration. Cooling properties are applied between the ceramic thin layer and a tray by integration within a base of system of plates (1.1). A coolant cools down air, and heating capacitance of the heating device is controlled. The coolant cools the plates, an environment (1.1.1) and conversion ventilators. The sensors produce and stabilize uniform airflow to the system. An independent claim is also included for a method for heating and cooling a heating plate system in a quick manner.
