The invention concerns an element of provisional separation of a local having the form of a fan-shaped wall (1) enclosed, in the rest position, in a vertical closet (6). One end of the fan is fixed to the cabinet (6), while the other end is fixed to a sliding door (1) of the cabinet (6) provided with a horizontal hinge (4). The separation element (1) does not need any fixed guide - as happens with the known bellows wall or walls with horizontal strips - and can therefore be easily moved. It is therefore simple and very flexible use as well as inexpensive, compact and attractive appearance.
