The micromechanical part (41) has an elementary section formed of three secant and non-aligned U-shaped segments such that one of the segments forms height of the part, where the part is made from crystallized or amorphous carbon based material. The height of the part is larger than thickness of each segment. A tooth (45) is formed by one of the segments. The elementary section has a hollow that is filled with a material e.g. metal or metal alloy, to stiffen and/or decorate the part. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a single-piece micromechanical part.
