The combination has a local coil (106) e.g. magnetic resonance tomography-local coil, mechanically or electrically connected with an implantable device (HS) e.g. deep brain stimulator or spinal cord stimulator. A controller (ST) is connected with the coil and the implantable device for controlling the coil and the implantable device. The local coil comprises an antenna (67) for wirelessly transmitting signals to a magnetic resonance tomography device (101) to evaluate the signals. The local coil comprises a microwave transmission device and a memory (SP) to store received digital signals.
