The box has a hollow cylinder (3) filled with resilient cageless stored balls (4). The resilient cageless stored balls are compressed into trapezoidal shape by increasing pressure of a pressure generator (D) and again returned to original spherical shape as a rest position by decreasing the pressure of the generator, so that stored air chamber effect of the resilient cageless stored balls accelerates pulsed flow of liquid in connection with a resilient pipe line (2), and initial turbulent flow of the liquid is transferred into continuous laminar flow.
