The arrangement has two axially mounted disks (2) tangential to each other, where outer surfaces of the axially mounted disks are rolled off against each other. Seals are synchronized by synchronization gear boxes and operated in a common machine housing (3). Pressurized fluid is conducted into an annular space (4) and on a pulse wing (5) over pulse axles (7) and a pulse wave (6). The fluid stream is driven with a multiplex machine. Pulse from the disks with the integrated pulse wing and a centrally control disk (1) are integrated with a control shaft (10). An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a fluid-flow machine.
