The rotor (2) has rotor blades (8) provided for conveying fluid i.e. liquid, from a suction side (6) to a pressure side (7). A pressure relief valve (9) is integrated into the rotor blades, and forms a flowing back path (10) depending on pressure difference between the pressure side and the suction side, where the back path opens the pressure side with the suction side. A close pressure spring (15) at a hub (11) is axially supported, and a valve element (13) of the pressure relief valve is axially adjustable at the hub. An independent claim is also included for a fluid pump comprising a rotor.
