The device (1) has a clutch (3) outputting force of a power screwdriver (2), which is connected with a controllable, electromagnetic brake (5) i.e. brushless asynchronous brake, by a shaft (4). The screwdriver is connected with a sensing unit (6) for acquisition of mechanical sizes, and generates a corresponding rotational torque transferred between the clutch and electromagnetic brake. The electromagnetic brake is provided with a rotor, which comprises a form of a hollow cylinder (7), and a current regulator (8) is provided for a pressurization of the electromagnetic brake.
